I measure 30″ rib, 37″ bust, asymmetric, wide set. My usual size is 32E.
I find the underband pretty generous on the Dynamic and the cups pretty tight, I have down sized to a 30FF and that feels great.
I would suggest if you are between back sizes or on the tightest hooks, go down a band size (and sister size up a cup or maybe 2). Example 32E -> 30FF
The Dynamic lifts, compresses and squishes the breasts together making them feel smaller and more compact. I love the fit of this bra, and it feels great for running.
